Visual creation

Visual creations to reinforce your image with your different audiences: catalogs, reports, product sheets, press kits. Let's create together what you need according to your objectives.

Catalogs

Graphic creation of a full 20-page* catalog (with cover page and back cover), in color. The price includes two proposals of graphic style in connection with your visual identity, use of your graphic charter, integration of your images and addition of your texts.
*An estimate, upon request, can be made for a larger number of pages.

Product/service sheets

Creation of product sheets that include all the technical, marketing and logistical characteristics of a product on sale on your site. Possibility to create these sheets in PDF format to make them downloadable.

Visuals for roll up

Creation of visuals for your company's roll-ups, for your events (such as personalized photowalls) or for specific activities (presence on stands, open houses, etc.). Available formats are: 80x200cm and 200x200cm. We offer 3 different visuals.
*Excluding printing and delivery costs, with preparation of a file to CMYK standards, bleed, image in 300 dpi, in PDF format.

Update of your existing catalog

Graphic update of an existing catalog with a new design, new visuals (using royalty-free images), optimization of your texts and addition of information if necessary.

Activity reports

Creation of activity reports for your company. You have data, but no time to format them for internal presentation? Entrust me with your figures (stored on an external hard drive and deleted at the end of the contract) and I will lay them out in a presentation that respects your charter, with effective graphics and transitions.

Display ads

Creation of advertising visuals for the web, mainly for campaigns called Display Ads. The available formats are those used by agencies, both for the desktop and for the mobile. Other formats, more specific, are also possible on request.

Writing

The creation of content is now essential to highlight your expertise, add value to your website and improve your SEO.

Taking the time to write is not always possible, that's why I offer you my services in the writing of articles, the preparation of text optimized for the web (Google referencing), the translation of texts and the proofreading of document.

Proofreading of documents

Proofreading of your documents, with spelling correction, reformulations if necessary and optimization if the text is also intended for the web. Proofreading is possible for texts in French and english.

Writing of articles

Writing of articles on lifestyle, travel or business/corporate topics on your key themes. The service includes researching the topic, writing (number of characters to be agreed upon), optimizing the text with relevant keywords and searching for images if you do not have any. Articles can be written in French, English and Spanish.

Text translation

Translation can be applied to all types of texts, with different possible formulas: from French to English, from French to Spanish, from English to Spanish and vice versa.

Various works

Miscellaneous work covers all the work of adapting a text for a particular medium (press, website, blog), of rewriting and/or summarizing. The aim is to work on existing texts in French and/or english.

Additional information

All services offered do not include printing of materials. All documents/visuals are provided in PDF format as well as in vectorized format so that you can store all the work done in your files.

In case of need for printing, a personalized estimate can be made on request. The formats will then be adapted for printing, transmitted directly to the service provider and delivered to your premises according to your deadlines.

As a part-time freelancer, I decided to opt for the freelance administration solution. The invoicing of my services as well as the management of my accounting are done through the company Helvetic Payroll.
